it is window built-in command. "cacls.exe"
let's it say that administrator want not provide c:\myfolder\aaa.exe to user1.
Administrator can burn this aaa.exe with cacls.exe.
commands is "cacls.exe c:\myfolder\aaa.exe /T /P user1:N"

it's a nice trick

if you make it as a bat file, it can be run more effectively.
eg, if u would like to deny the services such as telnet port, registry, cmd, mmc, gpedit and so on....!

i got an idea
but, i'm not sure and i'll test it

according to this command, i hope we can change the permissions a IIS Web Svr remotely...!
i mean, we can disable any useful applications such as cmd and so on.
lol!

to test it, my Internet Connection is f--king stupid.
so, i can't test it yet...!
whatever, i'll search for the poor IIS Svr @ online
